Your system is sending me automated responses to emails I send you. Each one has a line to 'View Your request online'

They never work...
Why is that?

The link for the support area should take you to a login page for the support center. You will need to use the cpanel username (not the AMP username) and the original password or use the Lost Password link on the right hand side to reset it. I tested the link you provided successfully.

If you need to find your cpanel username, you find that in the technical details of your AMP:

To view the technical details of your account in the AMP, simply perform the following steps:
1) Log in to the AMP
2) Click on the 'Amp Home' link
3) Click on the 'Details' link that is on the right hand panel under 'Technical Details'
4) The username field will display your cpanel username.
