i am not able to install any fantastico, giving me error of mysql connect access denied

Hi Benji,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. I've escalated this to a higher tier of support for review. We've verified that MySQL is currently running on the server and looking into other reasons for the issue.

The likely issue is your MySQL information is not synced with your account. The easiest way to correct this is to change your cPanel password. This will cause your passwords to sync correctly. I hope this helps!
