error installing svn

I am trying to install SVNManager through Softaculous. I am getting an error

The htpassword file does not exist.

Not sure where to go from here?

Hello abain61,

I apologize, The SVNManager software requires shell access for it to install and run properly. Since shared servers do not have the ability for shell access, that program can only be run on a VPS or Dedicated account.
