Error from park wrapper: domain_name is owned by another user.

Hi guys,

I just registred new domain in AMP and I tried to add it through cPanel, but I get this error - Error from park wrapper: domain_name is owned by another user.


Can someone give me advice what to do?


P.S. My hosting plan is allowing to add more then 1 domain, and this is my second. :)

Hello ogenox,

I'm sorry you were having trouble adding your domain name to your cPanel account. The park wrapper error indicates that the domain is already in our DNS cluster. This is usually due to the domain being part of another cPanel account. While looking into this for you I see that you were in contact with our Support Team and they were able to resolve this for you.
