Changed password but still can't log in
I changed my password but still can't get into cPanel. I'm going nuts.
Sorry for the problems with your Cpanel login. Remember that the USERNAME is not the same as your amp login, and it is case sensitive. I can't really post your login information on the Support Center - since this is available to the public. We therefore recommend that you call into the live technical support center. You have the option to contact them through phone/chat/email. They are available 24/7. Once you have verified your account via the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password, they can quickly update/change your password and verify that it's operational while you are talking with them.
