Account over usage warning
how can I find out what's causing the high resource usage for my hosted website? Can you inform me of the specific causes for this problem and also please provide steps to resolve it, Thanks.
Being on a shared server, you will not have access to the logfiles to check what was causing the over usage. This is because those logs show all accounts on the server and need higher level access to read them. As in the email notification you received, you can simply reply to that and it will return to our Systems team. They will receive your request for more details and be able to provide those for you.
