email was working fine for year - now mails to my most important customer get bounced
-on hold for 30 minutes on phone with inmotion - then call dropped
-stupid chat has 65 minute wait time (ie. useless)
-now support phone is giving busy signal
-inmotion seems to be falling apart

Hello tpistor,

Unfortunately, today there is a larger than normal call volume. For that we do apologize. Our Systems team is aware of an issue where outgoing email was getting flagged as spam even when it was not. This was due to a change made in our anti-spam security. That issue has been resolved, so you should be able to send emails out without them getting flagged as spam.

Any idea when this is going to be fixed? I have 17K daily email subscribers who are not getting their email due to this problem? Kindly let your customers know what to expect. I've never experienced such a lack of support from Inmotion and I must say, I'm rather disappointed.
