I am trying to renew using a debit card. I do not have a credit card at this time. How can I renew if you don't use bank draft or debit card?

Pardon the issues that you're having with your payment. If you are unable to use your debit card like a credit card to make the payment, then you can use a check, but only after calling into the billing team. Check out their phone numbers and hours of operation <a href="" target="new">here</a>.
