We need to move photos from our old site recruit757.com to the new one we have on your host ultimate recruit.com

Images are located at:
1.) www.recruit757.com/web/content/wp-content/uploads/
2.) www.recruit757.com/web/content/wp-content/gallery

We need them moved to (respectively)
1.) http://ultimaterecruit.com/web/content/wp-content/uploads/
2.) http://ultimaterecruit.com/web/content/wp-content/gallery

Need to know if there is a charge and if so it needs to go on a different card.

Thank you

Hello John, and thanks for your question.

I've gone ahead and removed your personal information from this post as this is in a public forum.

If you're interested in migrating the data yourself, you can follow our guide on how to migrate your website from another host to InMotion Hosting.

Basically what you'd want to do is download the files from your old site via FTP to your local computer, and then upload those files to your new site with us. However I see a note on your account that there might be nearly 80GB worth of files, which would make this method very time consuming.

Typically from our end we use lftp mirror to copy website files from your previous host directly server-to-server. In order for us to do this though, we would need to know the credentials of your previous host.

You can submit this information in a support ticket by sending an email to support@inmotionhosting.com and we should be able to begin this transfer process for you for free. Please note that with that amount of data, and depending on the speed of your previous host, it might take a decent amount of time for all of the files to be transferred.

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.

- Jacob
