InMotion Hosting,
It's been 4 days (!) since we sent you the e-mail regarding termination of service and our money back and we got no answer - continuing your total lack of customer support. We also called you twice asking to talk to a representative responsible - we were promised that one will get back to us - nobody did.
We shall emphasize what we wrote in the first e-mail (if we were not clear enough):
We are journalists and have lots of connections and influence in the technology industry. We are expecting a immediate termination of service and full money back and we are looking with our legal people at steps to cover our losses as a consequence of your poor service.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your account. As we cannot discuss specific details regarding your account here, you will need to contact our billing department directly. You can follow the instructions in our simple guide below:

How to contact technical support. The method is the same as for Support, however you need to select the Billing option.

They will be glad to assist you with your account.

Hello Iddo,

I apologize, but I don't see any record of a ticket coming from your account, as the last account activity I see is from 2 weeks ago. You very well could have submitted one directly via email to either billing@inmotionhosting.com, or support@inmotionhosting.com from an email account not listed on your account, and that could be why I don't see it.

I might recommend reviewing our guide on submitting and checking on status of tickets which explains the ticketing process a bit better.

I have gone ahead and sent you a separate email to try to rectify these issues for you. Please feel free to respond to that to have a ticket opened if you had any further questions at all.
