I do not know how long I have left on my account, but I have never used it and wish to close it. Can I receive a refund for the time I have not used?

Hello Terry,

I'm sorry to hear you wish to cancel your account, but totally understand your reasoning. To initiate a closing of your account, you may follow the instructions found on our article for closing a hosting account, or you may send that request to our Live Support team.

To do so, you would need to contact our Live Support department at support@inmotionhosting.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
