I do not know how long I have left on my account, but I have never used it and wish to close it. Can I receive a refund for the time I have not used?

Hello Terry,

I'm sorry to hear you wish to cancel your account, but totally understand your reasoning. To initiate a closing of your account, you may follow the instructions found on our article for closing a hosting account, or you may send that request to our Live Support team.

To do so, you would need to contact our Live Support department at with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
