Hi Clarrisa,

I'm sorry to hear that your domain name is not working for you. I tested it, and I am having a similar problem.

I did a whois check on the domain name, and the two checks I did show that the domain name is available. If the domain name is available, then most likely it has expired.

To get the domain name back, you'll want to contact your domain's registrar and ask them for further assistance. If you registered the domain name with InMotion Hosting, then we may be able to help. I see that you had a previous question in our Support Center. Did you have any trouble following the steps in the tutorial Arnel linked you to, how to register a domain name?
