How Do I Opt out of Auto-Renewal?
Hello, when my next renewal date arrives (06.09.13), I would like opt out of renewing my subscription. I understand that my site will no longer exist after this date. Please let me know if there is a problem with my request!
There is nothing wrong with your request to opt out of auto-renewal. Unfortunately, the support center forum is not where yo can do this. You will need to contact our billing support to have your bill item changed. You can contact billing by calling 1-888-321-4678 ext 4 or emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to verify in the email with teh last 4 of the credit card on file or the full current AMP password. They will be able to complete your request from there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
