InMotion Hosting, Inc. is a fast growing, multi-brand web hosting company that has been thrilling customers for over 10 years. Our marketing team is looking for an SEM Manager who can deliver great results in one of the most competitive online advertising environments out there.

To be successful, you must have strong data analysis skills, conceptual/creative skills and the ability to keep projects on track and drive your ideas across the finish line. Bottom line, you must be focused, inventive, and ROI-driven.

Your Job is to:

• Create and manage all PPC campaigns and budgets, meeting CPA targets
• Manage a large retargeting (remarketing) program, maximizing ROI
• Working with creative staff, develop effective text ads, banner ads and landing pages
• Use in-depth analysis and rigorous testing standards to report on performance and make data-driven decisions
• Analyze visitor behavior in order to optimize campaigns
• Research and evaluate new, innovative opportunities, prioritize for testing and then execute, execute, execute!

What You Need:

• Minimum 3 years running large-budget SEM/PPC campaigns
• Hands-on experience with retargeting programs
• Experience with keyword research
• Familiarity with website development
• Expert knowledge of SEM tools, including Google AdWords, Microsoft adCenter, AdRoll and others
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and more
• Strong analytical background required, with the ability to model/forecast results in detail and establish metrics
• BA/BS in marketing or business preferred
