You will be accountable for developing and driving marketing and product development strategies that increase revenue, profit and brand position for InMotion Hosting virtual private server, cloud server and dedicated server product lines.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Analysis of business needs and contributing to the development of new products and marketing programs.
- Proposing new product features/processes and partnering with Systems, Development and Technical Support teams to implement features.
- Ensuring profitability by achieving unit sales and revenue goals, managing to ARPU and gross margin targets.
- Development and maintenance of New Product roadmaps.
- New Product introduction planning and execution.
- Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates and lead flow.
What You Need:
- 3+ years working with managing advanced hosting products, including VPS.
- In-depth technical understanding of back-end hosting systems.
- Good understanding of the subscription-based web hosting business model.
- Knowledge of basic marketing mix concepts (customer segmentation, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, value proposition, promotional campaigns, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or Engineering) plus product marketing experience is preferred.
