What Will I Do?

• Manage, train, and schedule a goal oriented team
• Meet operational standards by contributing information to strategic planning/reviews
• Maintain and improve billing efficiency and accuracy
• Answer phones (inbound/outbound), emails, fax and respond to customer requests accordingly
• Process invoices, w-9, and other customer account needs
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Very Strong Work Ethic
• 2 + years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Results-driven with desire to succeed in fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate through several computer applications – Knowledge of spreadsheets and web applications a plus
• Demonstration of timeliness and diligence in previous employment
• Exhibit high energy, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Succeed with minimal management
