Your Job Is To

• Interact with customers over the phone to update and process credit card information
• Answer phone (inbound/outbound), emails,and fax; respond to customer requests accordingly
• Process invoices, w-9, and other customer account needs
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls

What You Need

• Strong Work Ethic
• Excellent command of the English language
• Results-driven with desire to succeed in a fast paced environment
• Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate through several computer applications
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and web applications a plus
• Demonstration of timeliness and diligence in previous employment
• Exhibit high energy, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Succeed with minimal management
