In the Customer Community department, we try to tie together all the great support that gets handed out to all of our customers on a daily basis, with one to many solutions. This way, others on the Internet with similar problems can benefit from us already spending the time making sure an approach to a problem really fixes it.
Our support department is just a short walk down the office, and we’re surrounded by other core departments that help drive InMotion every day. We have an open floor design that allows anyone to come up and start talking to the team, suggesting better ways to help customers from
experiences they’ve just had on the phone or chat, or a recent ticket they worked on.
